The terminal is constructed from 3/4-inch HDPE (high-density polyethylene), a lightweight yet extremely strong material designed to withstand the pressure generated inside high-power subwoofer enclosures. This construction prevents the terminal from breaking or leaking air even under extreme sound pressure levels commonly produced by high-performance subwoofer systems.
